Once your order has been placed and paid for in full, it will be dispatched as soon as possible.

We use Australia Couriers depending on where the product is going.

The shipping address has to be a business or a physical address for hassle free delivery & reception.

Australian Shipping

Delivery usually takes approximately 2~7 days but can take up to 20 days depending on availability of stock.

As the goods are normally fragile and heavy, it is required by the freight company to fill up a contactable receiver phone number. The courier/freight company will call prior to delivery to make sure that somebody will be on site to sign off the goods and help unload.

If no one is available to sign for the goods, they have to be collected by the receiver at the nearest city depot.No re-delivery allowed.

Shipping costs are calculated on units sold without include insurance. If you need insurance on freight, please call us to get a insurance quote and confirm your order.

Goods must be returned within 7 days in a saleable condition with the original invoice as proof of purchase. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) or hold a credit against your membership for future purchases.
