Our bathroom products use best quality acrylic sheet reinforced by fiber glass. It has the best features as following:

In contrast, there are two types of materials are used on the bathroom products. One is common acrylic sheet, which is made of polymethyl methacrylate mixed with pigment. the other is compound sheet, which has ABS in the middleand a thin layer of acrylics on both sides. Both materials have color fading problems, prone to crack, with low rigidity and easy to wear off. compound sheet can hardly been polished because the acrylic layer is very thin.

The fiber glass we use doesn't have alkali, which could pass electricity current. Therefore, our material is absolutely insulating and prevents people perfectly from electric shock when using steam shower and spa bath.

About Freight and Insurance

You can seek local freight company for cheaper option according to above dimension and gross weight. Otherwise, we can organize freight through external freight company for you. Please fill up your post code for a freight quote. 

We do not provide pool method insurance that is included in the freight. This method could be cheap, but when it comes to claim, there is no specified policy for each individual customer; therefore, it causes a lot of problems. We provide flat rate insurance through independent insurance company for purchase under $5,000.00 value. The rate is $110.00 and access is $100.00. Customers will have a policy under their own name. They can lodge claim direct with the insurance company. Please note that the insurance is not included automatically into free delivery items. Please indicate if you want to take the insurance at $110.00 extra or not at check out point.

We strongly recommend you take the insurance, as we use commercial freight, we are not responsible for any damage during freight handling and transport.
